NOMINATION FORM

The El Reno Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for the 2008 City Employee of the Year. Please submit the form to the El Reno Chamber of Commerce on or before Friday June 6^th, 2008.

CITY EMPLOYEE of the Year is presented to the citizen who works tirelessly to make El Reno a better community.

This can be achieved through their profession or through volunteerism.
